Aloha You

Aloha You (250x118) As most of you know, the word Aloha means “Hello“, “Good Bye“, as well as “Love“.  It is safe to say that it is the most well-known Hawaiian word of all time.  One of the new traditions that we’ve practiced at our General Membership meetings is to acknowledge those that could use some Aloha in their lives; someone that isn’t feeling well, someone celebrating a special day, or just someone we haven’t seen in a while, and we want to let them know we are thinking of them.  We came up with a simple card that we printed up and sent or emailed out to those names that came up.

Would you like to nominate someone for `Ainahau to share our Aloha with?  Send an email to info@aokhcc.org with the subject line “Aloha You” with a brief summary for why we’d like to send some Aloha out today.
